I purchased my 1948 Lincoln Continental about 2 1/2 years ago. It is powered by an awesome V12 flathead, 292 cubic inch engine, and has distinctive looks unlike any other car of the era. These were chiefly known as hand-built luxury cars in a time when mass produced cars were commonplace. Only 848 total ’48 Lincoln Continentals were produced making this a relatively low production car. This has been a great car and it is a lot of fun to drive.

I have one of these here in Melbourne Australia. Mine is blue and it was owned by a retired Doctor in Los Angelos CA. I have had it for about 8 years now and for now it is in dry storage awaiting a tidy up or sale, not sure yet, jobs are catching up with me. It is very much still original with the V12 flathead. I can send photos if you like? Regards Russell Haynes.
