Although this isn't a classic car we're gonna show you how to remove stripes and molding tape without damaging the paint, using an eraser wheel. There's two different types that you'll commonly find. This is the larger crud thug version. And the other one is a single arbor and a solid eraser wheel, more commonly found, that just chocks up in your drill. Because you're gonna have pieces of this eraser wheel flying off, always important, have your eye protection on. And we'll get right to it. The process of using an eraser wheel is pretty easy, but there are a couple of tips you need to know. First off, you never want to build the heat so don't focus on one little spot because it'll just tear the paint off. So, constantly keep the wheel moving as you're removing decal or molding tape, in this case. And don't dig in with, you know, pressure on it because then you're building heat into the panel again, so, I mean, lightly going over the panel back and forth to remove it. After you're done with that, just a little bit of adhesive cleaner will clean up any little bit of adhesive residue that may be left behind, and you're done.
